At Vaameedesigner, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully before requesting an exchange.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item

  • You raise a request within 48 hours of delivery

Exchange Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging

  • All original tags and labels must be intact

  • You may be asked to provide images or videos of the issue for verification

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following ways:

  • Full Refund to original payment method (for damaged)

  • Store Credit / Coupon Code (if you prefer a faster resolution or exchange)

  • Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer
